1 Individuals or institutions within EU member countries (except Spain) will not be charged 21% VAT if they can provide a VAT number registered in the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) of the European Union. The VAT number can be submitted during the online registration process. | ||
Registration Note:
- Contributions will only be published in the ICERI2025 Proceedings if at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract is registered before September 18th 2025. (in person or virtually)
- One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers.
- It is mandatory to be registered to gain access to the conference area (not only as an author, but also as a member of the general public).
- Refund and cancellation requests must be received in writing before October 10th 2025. There is a 60€ service charge for refunds on registrations. Bank taxes must be paid by the participants. Otherwise, the amount will be charged at the registration desk.
